Job applications
When you apply for a position, we collect the information you enter on the application. This includes your name, address, email, phone number, age eligibility, position and location preferences, availability, desired pay, employment and education history, answers about prior convictions and work authorization, and any resume you attach. We use this information only to evaluate your application and contact you about employment. Access is limited to the people involved in hiring.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
We also use Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. This helps us improve the site. How long we keep information
We keep contact messages as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep job applications for two years for hiring and recordkeeping purposes, then delete them unless you are hired or the law requires us to keep them longer.

DINOPAY® is operated by Sinclair, not by Essential Fuels. Information you provide in the app is covered by Sinclair’s privacy policy.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted through this website by emailing employment@essfuels.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
