- Handle seasonal work including snow removal, ice control, and storm cleanup
- Identify and address property issues before they become problems

- Perform hands-on repairs: light plumbing, electrical fixes, mechanical work, and general facility maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment including pumps, hoses, sprinkler systems, and small engines
- Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and downtime
- Take initiative to fix what you can and communicate clearly when outside help is needed
Equipment & Tools
- Operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep tools organized, maintained, and job-ready
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a related skilled trade
- Strong mechanical aptitude—comfortable fixing things and figuring them out
- Self-motivated and reliable—shows up ready to work and takes responsibility
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and handling demanding, hands-on work
- Valid driver’s license required
What Sets You Apart
- Experience with small engines, irrigation systems, or fuel-related equipment
- Background in construction, facilities maintenance, or similar trades
Work Schedule
Full-time, year-round. Flexible hours as needed, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and weather-related response (snow removal, etc.).
